The office dog Oliver, usually trounces into my cubicle looking for food. There has been several occasions where he would walk up and look around my desk. He knows that if he waits it out, I would eventually give in. And usually he’s hoping that I would give him some cheese curds. He would go about his normal routine to earn some scraps. This usually would require that he sits and give me his paw. But I did not have any cheese curds when he saunder into the cube today. So I offered him a wheat thin. He ate it and then high tailed his way out of the cube to look for another sucker. I guess it was too healthy for him. Imagine if I gave him a rice cake.
