British Invasion
The other day, I picked up the Enemy at the Gates DVD from the library. I’ve actually, had the movie on reserve for about 8 months. While I was watching the movie, I notice three of the main characters were Brits. They were playing Russian soldiers. I just found it peculiar, that they didn’t try to speak in a Russian accent. Considering when american actors take on foreign roles, they go through extensive training to speak in other accents (i.e. Gwenyth Paltrow in Sliding Doors). It just a question of curiousity. Aside from that minor fact, it was a pretty good movie.
