Santacon NYC (2007)
Ho.. ho.. HO! It's that time of year again. The annual Santa stopover in NYC on Dec 8th for a day of spreading holiday cheer and debauchery galore. We started off around 10 am at Pier 45, then over to Time Square before making a long pit stop at Tompkin Square Park. Santa even made to the outerborough this year. Brooklyn to be exact. Did I mention that Santa and it's little helpers just love the camera.
Flo's 28th Offical Birthday Party (2007)
Since, Flo was unbeknownst to her surprise party on Wednesday, Nov 28th. She had went about organizing her big shin dig at LeSouk in the East Village for her offical birthday party on Friday, Nov 30th.

Galapagos (2007)
8 days around the Galapagos Islands. Just absolute paradise. I have too many pictures of sea lions,iguanas, and crabs. Couldn't stop taking pictures of the blue footed boobies. They're just fascinating creatures in which every moment was comical. Also have a few pictures here and there of various birds. And the elusive finch. They're fast little buggers.
Quito, Ecuador (2007)
En route to Galapagos, I made a pit stop in Quito, Ecuador. And it's such an amazing city with mind blowing landscape. It's picture perfect with it's vibrant colors.
Ibarra, Ecuador (2007)
Met up with Pao and family in Otavalo. They took me to a traditional Ecuadorian lunch before we headed to Ibarra, which is a town known for their woodcarvings. And who can forget the helado (ice cream).

In October 2007, I headed up north of Quito to Otavalo. I went on a tour of the local artisan villages. Checked out the birds at the Parque de Condor and the famous Saturday Market.

A gathering of some folks from the BootsnAll community. The debauchery all started off at the Peculiar Pub with a pit stop at the Swift. In the ended up in to Lower East Side, when we lost Boston Bill when he had sudden craving for a Guiness somewhere on 3rd Avenue.
Yo-Yo Open (2007)
The 1st Annual New York State Yo-Yo tournament and International Yo-Yo Open took place at South Street Seaport on August 11th. There were some amazing tricks from contestants from the United States, Brazil, Italy, France, Japan, Canada and the Czech Republic.
Rubber Ducky Race (2007)
The Annual Million Dollar Rubber Ducky Race at South Street Seaport to benefit the athletes of Special Olympics NY.
One Night of Fire (2007)
On July 14, 2007 it was the return of the renegade parade. A night of debauchery under the NYC lights that started at sundown on the Brooklyn Bridge, submerged in the NYC Subway for a party to the fire show in Coney Island.

My favorite place in NYC is closing as of December 24th. A few friends and I had made our last trip to this beloved tea room to say good bye. It is very sad, that they're closing because they can't afford rent in Chelsea anymore.
